The event hotel is fully booked! You’re welcome to add your name to the waitlist. In the meantime, you can reserve a room at one of the two conveniently located hotels just across the street.

Exciting News! The Hotel Block is Now Open!

This amazing hotel has become our new home for ConVocation and will fill up quickly. Be sure that you are registered for ConVocation BEFORE booking your hotel rooms. 

Hotel things you need to know:
• Cost = $145 per night
• This link is to book for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights with checkout on Sunday. You must book all 3 nights.
• Suites will be booked through MEC Sponsorship at Sponsorship@convocation.org
• Any booking through a 3rd party site will not be accepted
