ART SHOW

If you're an artist looking to bring your art to ConVocation, we would love to hear from you! To apply please fill out the application linked above. The art show accepts both flat work and 3-dimensional visual artwork in the spiritual, visionary, and fantasy themes. Panels for hanging flat work and tables for displaying 3-D work will be provided. Mail in artwork is also welcome.

Panels & Tables

Panels and tables will be provided for artists looking to display their works. Artwork will be charged per panel/table price, no commissions. Art Show acceptance is based on a juried process. Applications are due by January 15th. If any spaces are available after this date and before the Art Show opens, they will be made available on a first-come/first-served basis.

Art Show Rules

All art show entries must be the artist's own work of visionary, fantasy, or spiritual themes in any medium.
The title, artist name, and address must be on the back of all flat work or attached to 3-D work.
All flat work must be matted, mounted, framed or otherwise finished for display.
All mail in artwork must be accompanied by proper return postage and packaging. Mail-In Artwork MUST be received no earlier than February 1 and no later than February 13th. Please email ArtShow@convocation.org to get the up to date mailing address.
All artwork for sale will be sold for the listed price. All mail in artwork needs to be priced accordingly.
Artwork may be entered by an agent. Signed permission from the artist must accompany the artwork.
A confirmation letter will be mailed to all reserved artists with art show details and information on specific needs, etc.

Fees

Fees are located on page 1 of the application.
Please do not send payment for the art show until your application has been accepted. If your artwork is accepted, we will send you an invoice for payment.

Thursday: 5 PM to 9 PM

Friday: 10 AM to 8 PM

Saturday: 10 AM to 8PM

Sunday: 10 AM to 12PM

Artist Set Up: 10 AM to 9 PM Thursday (set by appt.)) / Artist Take Down: 12 PM to 1 PM Sunday (set by appt.)

From 9 am to 10 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have set aside an hour for anyone who needs to avoid crowds while shopping. This allows those with mobility issues or compromised immune systems time to safely shop.
